PECW – Milton In Color; And A 5k

PECW (Positive Milton Comment of the Week): What a fun community event today in Bombardier Park West! I didn't know when signed up for today's 5k, what the 'color run' part meant. Turns out, you could buy colored corn starch and and throw it at your family members.

After everyone finished, we threw the last of the color up on the air to get on everyone.

No wonder the "race" was such a hit with kids. Instead of water on the course, you were doused you with more color. That shirt I'm wearing? It was white when it was handed to me.

It was great to get out and get in my exercise for the day. I think I came in 3rd? But that wasn't the point: lots of families out and getting moving in a fun way.
